A rectangular slab of multicoloured threads of light, woven into a shimmering whole, towers a dozen feet into the air: the Icon of the Living Tarot, powerful artefact of the Carnivalis Institute of Jestering. The threads shift, forming recognisable images upon the surface, each image lasting the moment of a breath before melting into another. The images of the Tarot dance before you: the Fool, the Magician, the Emperor, through the entire Arcana to the Universe then returning to the Fool once more. The light-braided image before you is alive, and in proximity causes the very cells of your body to vibrate with a low thrum. | |||
