The Qui'sas are a race of serpentine assassins not unlike the Dyissans of Delmarin, being possessed of the upper body of a human and the lower body of a snake. Out of mutual respect, they assist the Quisalis Mark in its operations. The Qui'sas trace their lineage back through centuries and aeons of death, and individuals today are said to be remnants of a lost age.
