Nomku

Nomku, a mysterious nightmare spirit of the Dreamrealm, used his machinations to plague Zaphar, the Old Man of the River by the same name in 479AF. As a result, the Zaphar River swelled, spilling over its banks to flood Delos, reducing the area to ruins.
