The mandrake is a large, short-stemmed, purple plant that grows both in the forest and grassland environments of the Northreach Forest. Unlike most other plants, it cannot be harvested through forestal means. The mandrake can defend itself with a deafening screech which causes grievous harm to those who would try and uproot it without taking special precautions.
