The aptly named cloak of many feathers is a unique artefact which was sold at auction in 486, 747 AF, and 919 AF. Stitched of eagles quills, the magical cloak grants its owner the power to use the Fly and Track and View abilities like the Eagle Morph from Metamorphosis. It has been won by Goryllin, Lenn, Sothantos, Amranu, and Dochitha.
