Burnsie

Burnsie is a regular in Tickler's Tavern, a welcoming establishment in the Rhodestrian Settlement. The blind beggar Durgoste grumbles about his presence. The harsh burns and scars covering his skinny arms are a testament not only to his love of fire, but also to how he received the name "Burnsie".
