Biba

Biba, a halfling woman, is a simple house-wife who lives in the Actar Valley village. She spends her time keeping her home clean and fixing rabbit stew, a popular food among the Halfling folk. She gets her rabbits from the nearby grassland. Her home can be found on the southern edge of the village.
