Battered sifting pan

Putting at least 10000 gold sovereigns into a battered sifting pan and shaking it causes a gold-fuelled explosion ten seconds later, damaging everyone in the location, the magnitude of which increases with the amount of gold placed in the pan. There is a limit to how high this damage can raise, and there is a cooldown of fifteen (15) minutes on both the person doing the shaking and any location within which a pan is shook. It is themed for the Elder God Prospero.
