Rurin the Crafter is an enterprising dwarf who runs a franchise of shops that sell bare necessities, such as inks and food, to adventurers Sapience wide. He currently has a monopoly on the market in Ashtan, Hashan and, to some extent, Cyrene. A statue of him stands at the Centre of Commerce within the Prosperian Bazaar in Delos, while the dwarf spent the bulk of his time at the gate to the Garden of the Gods until its destruction. He disappeared shortly after.
