Yurasta Tarcalion, the Thaumaturge is the brother of Ramainen Tarcalion, Outrider Ascendant. He dwells within the ruins of Morindar, where he concocts fell magics and dark alchemical mixtures. He once had an affair with the late Ardamire Pelendur, wife of the former shah.
