Vorr, a Vertani diplomat of House Cupwr, was an instrumental figure in his explanations of the many facets of Vertani culture to Achaeans. He was later the Vertani delegate to be sent to the desert community of El'Jazira, where he began the construction of a much-needed aqueduct to bring water to the oasis; this led to the village's friendship and eventual alliance with the Vertani Empire.
