Uacyll, Emissary of Whiirh is a mist-suffused cyclone sworn in service to the Western Wind. It possesses sinewy arms and a powerful torso whilst its lower half twists into a blustery helix. Set high on its forehead, a single expressionless eye possesses a perpetual death stare above a churlish grin. Uacyll dwells within the Elemental Embassy high atop the World Tree.
