Temple of the River

The Temple of Kastalia is the primary place of worship for Kastalia, Goddess of Lakes and Rivers. Located within the Garden of the Dryads, the temple entrance is marked by a giant ivory water lily.

Those who would try to find the temple itself must puzzle through a set of challenges. Visitors must first navigate several underwater caves before reaching the surface of a river that flows into a lake. Mists cover the entire area, making it extremely difficult to traverse. A strong undercurrent also flows under these waters, and lost adventurers may find themselves swept out of the temple by it.
