The Temple of Life is a majestic building of pink-veined marble nestled in a sheltered valley between the Granite Hills and the Northern Plains, just west of the Urubamba River. Encircled by towering oaks and energy-infused pillars, the temple exhibits in its interior a fresco depicting the dawn of Creation on its ceilings and tapestries illustrating the cycle of life on its polished walls.

Its location was first discovered in 240 AF through an expedition led by the Great Mhunna in what would later become known as the Death's Heart Saga, and it was here that the Tsol'dasi priestess of Life, Pryla'ka, revealed herself. After the climactic battle and between Pryla'ka and the Quisalar, and the subsequent explosion of Death's Heart, the temple was presumed destroyed, its whereabouts again falling into obscurity.

Over two centuries later, in Miraman of 464 AF, the Temple of Life was rediscovered when its antithesis, the Temple of Unlife, served as the Magisterion's base of operations for an undead uprising.
