Telward, a robust village man currently operates the Mermaid's Tail Bait and Bar in Shastaan. He took the position of bartender after Malusine was abducted by Kashari pirates. Although he never met Malusine, he hopes to live up to her standards in bartending. Telward is identifiable by his bearded face and broad chest.
