Stingrays are underwater creatures with flat bodies and crescent-shaped mouths. The main defences of this animal are to bury itself within the sand for camouflage where it lies in wait for unwary pray, and to use the razor-sharp barb on its tail to counterattack.

Blue-spotted stingrays
These flat creatures can be found in the underwater ruins of Phereklos.
Whip-tail stringrays
These rays are disc-shaped and can be found swimmng about the Gulf of Nilakantha. As broad as the reach of a grown man, they are sandy brown in hue, with a white underside.
