The Sceptre of Aqueous Mastery, once wielded, allows the user the part water like a Priest, and flood a room like a Magi.

Carved from the white tusk of an Eusian Geryas, the Sceptre of Aqueous Mastery is a two-foot long wand with symbols of power etched into the ivory. The symbols glow a sharp azure, emitting a light which pulses faintly in time with the pulsing of a glob of water that swirls around the tip of the sceptre. When wielded, one may part water like a Priest, and flood a room like a Magi.
