Revolutionaries of Chaos

A clan created to serve the missing God Babel. Their intent is to try and bring back the god by serving and searching for him. Their mark is that of the twin symbolised by the "II" mark branded into their arm normally done during a ritual. They are large in number and very secretive of their ways.
