He and his heirs were slaughtered by the might of the Sapient League with the assistance of the capital's Sentaari monks, bringing a bloody end to the once-noble deSangre dynasty and its long reign of corruption. The dreamseer Thoris of Besulem was an early advisor to the Emperor.
