 The island was discovered by '''Elsp''' in 264AF, after [[Ranthal]] was discovered in the Aalen, having fled his island home to escape the wrath of a terrible dragon (Yudhisthira) and his wyverns.
 Polyargos is inhabited by unattractive (to say the least) [[harpies]], led by their Queen, [[Kru'lax]], who claims lordship over the island (but only when that "fool dragon" is dead), as well as a group of limb-dropping, outcasted [[lepers]], forced to live in a cavern at the base of the volcanic mountain.
