Permanent tattoos function identically to their temporary counterparts. Only one sole difference exists: these artefact tattoos are imbued with a particular kind of magic that causes their ink to adhere permanently once affixed. Of all the tattoos, only two cannot be affixed in this manner: the starburst and crystal tattoos. These special kinds of tattoos cannot be bought from any shop and require no separate purchase of inks, but rumour has it one they are obtainable through special request, provided you are able to pay the right price.
