Perkins

Constable Perkins runs a small jail near the docks of Jaru. He is a solid figure who keeps himself in good fighting condition. He wears only normal clothing instead of armour, giving the impression that he is sure of his skills. Unfortunately for the Constable, he is rarely called upon to make arrests as Jaruvians are good-natured people.
