Pandarus

Pandarus was a flashy pimp who, early in the year 361 AF, publicly offered his wares to the city of Ashtan. Familiar with the concept of a doxy house, the Ashtani were not alarmed with his presence until he was found grotesquely murdered in the city, his corpse swinging from a vine noose.

Killed by Ysven, an alleged member of the Jaguars crime ring, Pandarus' death was meant as a public display of what happens to those who try to work on their own while a notorious crime ring traffics drugs and extorts shopowners in the city.
