Nevon Talkar is a noble assassin and, along with Dakrol, the SwiftBlade and Isiva, the Blood Maiden, is a member of the Triad of the Quisalis Mark. Like his comrades, he oversees construction of the Quisalis headquarters beneath New Thera where he spends his days, patiently waiting.
