Kortoxian

Dr. Kortoxian is a wandering physician who travels to areas of Sapience where he lurks often in public squares or crossroads. He reaches many different locations in a day and some say that he has a pattern to his travels. Gifted in the knowledge of both science and the shamanic arts of Vodun and Curses, he is more recently notorious for manufacturing and selling a synthetic form of Gleam.
