Spider-like Istishia is the queen of the Arachnoi who dwells in the Darkenwood. The prophecy surrounding her birth detailed that she would come from a child of Gaia and a child of Twilight; thus Orina and Xandor, both heads of their respective Orders at the time, are considered her parents through their participation in the Ritual of the Darkenwood.
