Housing credits are the basis for creating a personal home.
There are three types of 'credits' used for housing:
Currently, housing credits can be purchased in the Delosian Property Office.
Housing created outside of a subdivision (including those few rooms allowed on ships) costs twice as in the subdivision, and thus requires twice the number of housing credits per room or door.
