Hellsight is the name of an affliction delivered via the skills of Apostasy, Devotion, and Zeal. Through the power of his fervour, an adventurer can expose an unlucky victim to visions of Hell itself. One experiencing these tormented visions will almost immediately develop secondary afflictions such as fear or epilepsy, and they will continue to reoccur until hellsight itself is cured. This is done by smoking valerian or realgar.
