Halatir Pelendur

Halatir Pelendur is the father of Lavarin and Ilucara Pelendur and the husband of Ardamire Pelendur. As the former shah of Morindar, his remains are interred within the ruins and catacombs of the lower extremities of the area. His daughter Lavarin rules in his stead.
