Grant Basicthought spends most of his time staring out the window of his office in the Division of Dogmatic Illusions, found in the Tier of Bureaucracy within the Erisian Pyramid, official place of worship of Eris, the Goddess of Chaos. He believes that bureaucracy is salvation and doesn't hesitate to tell anyone who has a problem with his dogma where they can go.
