Forged of pitch black steel, the Dreadblade is the mightiest of all bastard swords, inspiring fear and dread in the opponent of its wielder. The Dreadblade is the finest of the three artefact bastard swords, eclipsing the might of its lesser cousins, the Dawnrender and the Soulreaver.
