::Code-wise, all named areas are their own tangible area, which can be viewed via SHIP INFO (like using SURVEY) and are thus mutually exclusive. Lore-wise, this is not the case. Everything exists within Achaea's four major Oceans with Seas and/or Reaches within each (and sometimes spanning more than one ocean too). As for which seas go where, that gets a bit sketchier; tritonic territories could easily cross tritonic borders, though I've gotten confirmation that the Caspiite Reaches are within the Borean Ocean.
