Every sword has a name, just as every sword has an owner; the first step towards mastery of the Two Arts is to learn this.
The special named blades wielded by blademasters are forged only by the craftsman known as Murad, found a camp amid the hills near Delos. A named blade is vital for beginning the Two Arts, and one may be requested from him after demonstrating suitable respect.
