Bacchus

Bacchus, the bartender, is the jolly, overweight, often-drunk man who sells a small variety of alcoholic drinks - tequila, red wine, mead, and champagne - atop the House of Nitre balcony. Bacchus' bar is cut into the hardened sand wall of the building. Quite the hospitable barman, Bacchus doesn't hesitate to invite visitors to sit down and have a drink; after all, while some people believe booze is bad for the body, Bacchus' own pithy observation is that its good for the soul.
