Amarisse

Amarisse, the Crafter's Guild Secretary, can be found in the Delosian Crafter's Union. While she will not accept them directly, she sorts the patterns and schematics submitted by crafters. Amarisse will accept letters of inquiry and redirect them to the appropriate recipient.
