Grotesquely overweight, Ullver is nonetheless a quite apt ruler of the small community of Glubbians which inhabit the crystal caverns beneath Enverren Marsh. Like the rest of his people, he is immensely grateful to Chiada, the nixie, for saving his people from slavery at the hands of Lord and Lady Enverren.
