Smiting the ground with a dwarven finishing hammer (short name: phaestus) breaks all magical shields and prones anyone who had their shield broken in that location. It has a one (1) minute cooldown between uses and a brief (3.2s) balance cost. It is themed for the Elder God Phaestus.
