Piquin

Piquin, the drunk is the village drunk of Loramere. A homeless priest, he is a self-professed follower of Raclawice and offers dubious 'blessings' from the Church of the Fallen in return for donations. These blessings are provided on a sliding scale, with larger donations allegedly yielding better blessings.
