Collapsable catapult

A collapsable catapult is troll-themed artefact and a marvel of ancient siege weaponry once popularly used by the legendary Mercenaries of Arn. After setting up the catapult, an adventurer may climb into the basket and the owner may fire them in a direction. Where they come down is completely random (and likely unpleasant for the wayward volunteer).
