Bottled siren's song

A bottled siren's song is a race-themed artefact which lends the sweet voice of a siren. Upon opening the bottle, all that hear its enchanting sound shall no longer consider the owner a personal enemy. They shall also be unable to consider the owner an enemy again for a short time. Opening comes with a recovery period.
