Vangelis

Vangelis, a liveried messenger is often found in the Imperium of Cyrene, at the mosaic tiled hall ready for work. If you greet him, he will offer to deliver a verbal message, publically or privately, to any adventurer.

Dressed in a maroon linen suit, decorated with silver braids, he stands respectfully with his hands behind his back. The teenager's youth shows in his dimpled cheeks and the scuffs on his otherwise shiny black shoes and fine leather scrollcase. Freckles are scattered across his hooked nose and face, marked by wide blue eyes. His round, eager face is framed by his light brown hair, cut into a smart bob.
