Ulra, the speaker of Luman Village is the leader of Luman, a village of southern Meropis. A kindly old woman, she has sun-weathered skin and milky blue eyes. Despite her blindness, her senses are keen and she is quite ready to do anything in order to ensure the safety of her people.
