Khalys

The postal clerk of Eleusis, Khalys, the Dove Lady, is a kindly old woman who hasn't had a day's rest since Eleusis was founded over a century ago.

She tends to her doves like a mother would her children. The doves work very hard, and have been known to carry over 5000 times their weight in certain item-filled letters.
