The '''Sarapin Sacrifice''' was an annual ritual performed by high ranking members of the [[city]] of [[Mhaldor]] in the month of [[Sarapin]].

During the ritual, citizens offered their lives up to placate [[Sartan]], or later the [[Gods]] [[Apollyon]] and [[Shaitan]], and were beheaded in the Chamber of Sacrifice within the Sartanic public [[:category:divine temples|temple]].

At the end of the ritual, the ritual celebrant could be heard throughout [[Sapience]], proclaiming the words of [[Evil]]. During the separation of Sartan into Apollyon and Shaitan, the ritual was also used as an annual announcement of the city [[patron]] for that year, rotating between the twin Gods of Evil.
