The '''Sarapin Sacrifice''' was an annual ritual performed by high ranking members of the city of [[Mhaldor]] in the month of [[Sarapin]].

During the ritual, citizens offered their lives up to placate [[Sartan]], or later the [[Gods]] [[Apollyon]] and [[Shaitan]], and were beheaded in the Chamber of Sacrifice within the Sartanic public temple.

At the end of the ritual, the ritual celebrant could be heard throughout [[Sapience]], proclaiming the words of Evil. During the separation of Sartan into Apollyon and Shaitan, the ritual was also used as an annual announcement of the city patron for that year, rotating between the twin Gods of [[Evil]].
