The '''mandrake''' is a large, short-stemmed, purple plant that grows both in the forest and grassland environments of the [[Northreach Forest]]. Unlike most other plants, it cannot be harvested through forestal means. The mandrake can defend itself with a deafening screech which causes grievous harm to those who would try and uproot it without taking special precautions.
