That's not right. Didn't Istani mages start everywhere, not spread out from Ashtan? Also your "respectively" part is hard to follow because you give 6 guard types for 5 cities. Only someone with prior knowledge of what guards come from where would be able to know which city doubled-up from your guard list. | That's not right.
