Screw-eye

Foreboding both in height and stature, Screw-eye, the inmate superior, is so named because of the large steel screw he has in place of a normal left eye. He led the uprising of inmates that wrenched control of Creville Asylum from the hands of the hospital staff, and his crude belt bearing the decapitated heads of slain doctors is a testament of his past actions. Deathly pale and clad in dark, ebon robes crafted from the remnants of what must have been ineffective straitjackets, Screw-eye moves with the fiendish grace expected of an evil overseer. With his haunting face, menacing grin, and malicious remaining right eye, he quashes all protests against his management of the asylum through looks alone.
