Rafon

Rafon lives on the island of Zanzibaar. Dark skinned, like many of the island folk, the young man has been described by some as charming and handsome. He is Toqot's son, but rarely has time to visit his father as he is often busy running the spice stall. He also sells herbal tea and halua, a sticky sweet made of sugar, spices, almonds and flour, to adventurers.

Rafon's Wares

Herbal tea (clay cup) - 35gp

Cylindrical with a flat bottom, this small cup is made from pale reddish clay, fired and sealed with a clear glaze to preserve the colour.

Piece of halua wrapped in palm fronds - 45gp

This sticky confection is made from a mixture of sugar, spices, almonds, and flour. Part of a palm frond is wrapped around it and tied securely, keeping the dessert intact until eaten.
