Oorangu

Oorangu, the Wise, is the leader of the Grook village and headmaster of their academy of magic on the island of Ulangi. Aside from rumours that the legendary Ofoorti is senior to him, Oorangu is the oldest member of the village of Ogalla.

He and Balai, the Scorned, have a strong dislike of each other and would each very much like to see the other stopped in his mad plans.
